Our mission is to assist immigrant, at-risk Hispanic/Latino youth and their families in their process of assimilation and acculturation and mentoring programs. DCET serves as a bridge to help families to fully participate in the variety of health, human service and education programs available in order for them to become productive members of society. VISIONOur vision is to be in the future, nationally valued and recognized as an innovative, resourceful, dedicated team of people offering educational and cultural programs for Spanish-speaking immigrant families; providing the best solutions to their needs, while adjusting to the cultural and societal values in this country.
